About New Hope Baptist Church (1879 - 2007)
New Hope Baptist Church (NHBC) was established in 1879 and currently sits in the gorgeous rural area of Wauchula, Florida. Wauchula is approximately an hour and a half south of Orlando and about an hour east of Bradenton. NHBC ministers to all ages, offering activities for children, middle and high school students, college age students, adults (both single and married), and senior adults. On the campus of NHBC sits facilities that house a Child Development Center (
click here for more on the CDC) operating Monday-Friday year round. Tucked beyond the sancutary building, sitting directly on State Road 64 E, is a two-story education building, and a recreation field (providing fields and courts for basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and 2 large playground areas).
